If you would like to nominate a teacher for one of our awards, please fill out a form and forward it to the appropriate contact (shown on the form). Nominations are accepted using our Nomination Form. They also may be found outside the University Honors Program Office in Hillcrest Hall and in most dean's and department's offices.

Only students may nominate teachers for the Sporn award.

Contact the appropriate college contact for information about the nomination process in your college.
